1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- You request the return within 7 days of receiving the product

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items bought during sales or with discount codes
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order items
- Innerwear, personal clothing, or hygiene-related products
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original method of payment
If the return is due to our error (defective item or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the product and place a new order.
5. Shipping for Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
