How to Place Order?

Simply browse through our collections, select your preferred items, choose the size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done shopping, proceed to Checkout, enter your delivery details, and make the payment.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also log in to your Hera Fashions account to check your order status.

What are the delivery options?

We offer Standard and Express Delivery across India. Delivery timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we deliver only within India. Stay tuned for global shipping updates.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to initiate the process.

Can I cancel or change my order?
